Seasonal Considerations for Marrakech Desert Tours

  • Snow can cover High Atlas passes from December to February and slow travel.
  • Shorter winter days affect photography and sightseeing time.
  • Desert sunsets remain spectacular but happen earlier in the afternoon.
  • An early start or a longer itinerary helps make the most of daylight.
  • Daily pacing can be adjusted for winter weather and road conditions.
